Mike and Amanda’s love story planted roots in March of 2012 where a mix of nerves and excitement proved to be the symptoms of falling in love. Six years later, on August 11, 2018, Mike and Amanda became husband and wife in a beautiful ceremony with family and God at the St. Peters Church of Danbury, CT.
While the weathermen teased at rain, not one drop fell on their day until everyone was together under one roof, celebrating Amanda and Mike at their reception at Anthony’s Lake Club. Anyone who was a part of the Medeiros wedding had a clear understanding of the importance this couple places on their family. Lots of love, laughs, and memories filled the night.
In the case of love and of Mike and Amanda’s lives together, I believe Amanda’s sister said it best:
“Love isn’t perfect. It isn’t a fairytale or a storybook and it doesn’t always come easy. Love is overcoming obstacles, facing challenges, and fighting to be together, holding on and never letting go. It is a short word, easy to spell, difficult to define and impossible to live without. Love is work, but most of all, love is realizing that every hour, every minute, every second of it was worth it because you did it together.”
Cheers, Mr. and Mrs. Medeiros!
