Rules and Policies
Maintaining a beautiful, safe space is our priority. In order to facilitate that, all renters agree that upon booking your time, you agree to the following rules, policies and procedures, without exception:
1. Renters must maintain their own insurance, and are financially and legally responsible for any injury, damaged property, and other issues that arise during their time on the premises.
2. Available props are to be used for their intended purpose only- i.e. no sitting on top of tables, no standing on chairs, etc
3. Take your trash with you when you leave.
4. Put furniture and props back during your cleanup.
5. Loose glitter, fog/smoke machines, or oil sprays are not allowed in the studio under any circumstances. Cleaning Services for debris left for such will be billed market rate to the renter.
6. Cleaned footwear only on the seamless paper. When in doubt, wipe and dry shoes thoroughly.
7. Report any damage or incidents to studio management immediately via Instagram @The_Studio_Middletown
8. Do not open/adjust studio windows, or use safety bars for ANY weight bearing or pulling.
